Refund & Return Policy

At Designed by Denise, every item is made with care, creativity, and a personal touch. We want you to love your order, but we also understand that questions and concerns may arise. Please read our policy below carefully regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Personalised Products

Because our items are custom-made to order, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or offer refunds on personalised products unless:

• There is a manufacturing defect
• The item arrives damaged
• You receive the wrong item

If any of these apply, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will work with you quickly to resolve the issue – whether that’s a replacement or a refund.

Non-Personalised Items

For non-personalised or ready-made items, you may return them within 14 days of delivery in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Cancellations

We accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. After that time, your order may have already entered production and may no longer be cancelled.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return or refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
